Optum, a part of UnitedHealth Group, is offering a free emotional-support helpline for anyone affected. You can call 866-447-3573, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET. This service is free and available to everyone, not just UnitedHealthcare members. Callers can also get referrals to community resources.
